Refund policy

You may return your organizer within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It must be unused and in its original box. Email derrick@condordirect.org with your order number to start a return. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. For any other return, the buyer pays return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Returns go to: Condor Direct LLC, 4235 S Zenith, Mesa, AZ 85212.
